Naomi has always been passionate about enhancing artists by pulling on their strengths and thereby open new possibilities for these. Her focus has largely been on independent artists, where she has worked behind the scenes in roles such as PR, promotion, event planning, and management. Since the beginning of her career in 2016, Naomi has built a wide network of brands, creators, musicians, and artists around the world, and strives to actively contribute to maintaining and developing the Swedish music industry.
In 2019, she joined Ditto Music as a consultant and was involved in the launch of artists such as Einár, Jelly Crystal, and ADAAM. She later moved on to the indie label EC where she worked with PR and promotion for artists such as Abidaz, Yung Lean, Filly, and Haval. Following this, in 2021, Naomi joined the start-up distributor Labelcaster where she was involved in the development of some of Swedens most current rising stars, such as Baby Mala and PABI to mention a few.
Together with Labelcaster in collaboration with the Eritrean indie label Ftune, she works voluntarily between Sweden and Egypt, educating and contributing to improve strategies for artists and musicians work-rights. This work is also targeting how artists can protect their Immaterial rights by establishing an equal position in the global music market.
Naomi is furthermore active with her own management for R&B Swedish artist Steph K, who was recently recognized in the “top 10 most interesting up-and-coming acts to watch” on Spotify.
